A single gemstone with many facets is an image that describes who I am and what I do.
While I live and work in a variety of environments, the unifying factor is my call to facilitate transformation through education and embodiment. Whether I am coaching people in public speaking or performance, teaching musicians, athletes, clergy or tech workers to move well or working with clergy and congregations, the goal is the same: to draw from my background, training and skills to meet their needs in ways that are relevant to them and their contexts.
Professionally, I am an ordained Lutheran pastor. I have served the church in a variety of capacities throughout my career. I am also a certified Alexander Technique teacher through AmSAT (American Society for the Alexander Technique) and a certified leadership coach through Focus Leadership.
Personally, I am many things: the mother of a beautiful daughter, Christina; a member of a wonderful extended family, a woman blessed by an amazing circle of friends and a classically trained singer with a love for all kinds of music— especially classical Nordic songs.
