Dave Elitch and I will be doing a series of 4 workshops on four Thursdays in March: “Move Well, Play Well.” We’re offering something fresh and unique: a collaborative, holistic approach to drumming that combines Dave’s incredible musical gifts and teaching skills with my training and experience as an Alexander Technique teacher. (The Alexander Technique is a subtle but powerful mental/physical educational method that teaches people to move easily and efficiently.)
